Aavegotchi

Aavegotchi boasts a unique and engaging 8-bit interface, making it the most active gaming DAO in the web3 space and one of the leading projects on the Polygon network. As the Senior Product Design Manager at Pixelcraft Studios, I was responsible for maintaining the V1 website and overseeing the PM of numerous NFT drops. I also led the redesign of the entire V2 Aavegotchi.com Dapp, working with a team of one designer and four engineers. My role involved monitoring for bugs and community feedback and implementing new features, including fiat payment gateways with Moonpay, GBM auctions, multi-chain token swaps, and user education tutorials. Our focus was to elevate the complex ecosystem of the dapp and develop a cohesive redesign that would position the protocol for future success.
