Cultural Exchange

As the Executive Director at Section1, I had the privilege of organizing a cultural exchange program between Baltimore and Brazil as part of my community development efforts. This program brought artists together to create unique and vibrant works of art that helped to enhance the local community. From wall murals to a community art show featuring both local and nationally renowned artists, the exchange program was a true celebration of creativity and diversity. While I regret not having the opportunity to visit Brazil and contribute my own artistic talents to the program, I was honored to conceive and host the 'Roots And Raices' show, which highlighted the rich cultural heritage of both communities.
